Course Correction — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Course Correction, LLC ("Course Correction," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you use our website and course-generation service, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to generate, deliver, and support your order:

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party ad pixels on our site. Some technical information (like your selected lessons mid-session) is stored temporarily in your browser's own session storage and is never sent to us or anyone else. When you check out, you'll be taken to a payment page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies there as part of processing your payment securely — this is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, not ours.

2. How we use your information

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to do so:

AnthropicThe AI model that generates your course content, based on the subject/level/topic you provide. If you contact us about an order (for example, a support question or refund request), our team may use an AI assistant built on Anthropic's technology to help review and respond to it — that conversation can include your email address or order details.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

4. Children's privacy

Course Correction is a service for parents and adult learners, and our website is not directed to children under 13. Homeschool orders are placed by a parent or guardian, who provides their own contact and payment information along with general information about the course (such as grade level) — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If we ever learn that a child under 13 has submitted their own information to us directly (for example, through the free-preview email form), we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below.

5. Data retention

We keep order records (name, email, order details) for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer-support purposes. You can request that we delete your personal information by emailing us, subject to any records we're legally required to retain (such as for tax purposes).

6. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing orders@coursecorrection.net. We'll respond as promptly as we can.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
