These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Course Correction's website and course-generation service, operated by Course Correction, LLC ("Course Correction," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our free preview, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
Course Correction generates custom, AI-written educational courses on demand — homeschool curriculum for parents ordering on behalf of a child, or hobbyist courses for adult learners ordering for themselves. Each course is generated fresh per order using artificial intelligence, broken into chapters and lessons, and delivered to you as a downloadable PDF via email.
2. AI-generated content
Our course content is generated by an AI language model based on the subject, level, and topics you provide. While we design our system to produce accurate, well-structured educational material, AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Course Correction content is intended as a supplementary educational resource and is not a substitute for accredited curriculum, professional instruction, or expert review where accuracy is critical (for example, safety-sensitive or specialized technical subjects). You are responsible for reviewing course content before relying on it, particularly for a child's education.
3. Ordering and payment
By placing an order or using the free preview, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Homeschool orders are placed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child the course is for.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are based on the number of lessons selected, as displayed at checkout before you pay. Sales tax may be added where applicable, based on your billing location. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout, and your course is generated and emailed as a PDF shortly after — typically within 10–15 minutes, and up to about 30 minutes for our largest courses.
4. Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 15 days of delivery by emailing us — no reason required, though we welcome feedback to help us improve. You do not need to return or delete the PDF. Requests made after 15 days may still be honored at our discretion, for example, for a larger course you're still working through. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. See our ordering page for the current statement of this policy.
5. Acceptable use
Courses purchased from Course Correction are for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use (for yourself or, in the case of homeschool orders, the child you ordered for). You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or commercially exploit course content generated through our service without our prior written permission.
6. Free preview
We offer a limited free preview (up to 3 lessons) to verified email addresses, once per email address. We reserve the right to limit, deny, or revoke free preview access in cases of suspected abuse.
7. Intellectual property
Course Correction retains all rights to its underlying course-generation system, website, and branding. Subject to the acceptable-use terms above, you're free to keep and use the specific PDF course content generated for your order.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Course Correction, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of our service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
